Equipment overview
1. Serum filling and capping: The process flow is automatic bottle loading, automatic cap opening, automatic filling, automatic capping, and bottle discharging. The entire process is completed without human contact.
2. Peristaltic pump filling, servo control system, and equipment transmission are all servo controlled.
3. Capping torque can be adjusted by parameters
4. The equipment is equipped with a buffer tank with a weighing function (Mettler-Toledo electronic scale) to control the liquid level by weight.
5. It has a magnetic stirring function.
6. The part in contact with the material is 316L stainless steel, which meets GMP standards
