The Automatic Bottle Washing Machine is used to remove dust particles and other contaminants from containers prior to sending containers through liquid fillers or other machines. The containers are automatically indexed into the jet. The grippers capture the containers and then invert them 180 degrees over the adjustable rinse heads. High pressure jets individually rinse the containers internally with water or customer-supplied rinse media. Once rinsed, containers are briefly drained by high pressure air and are reverted back onto the conveyor. It works with a wide range of different container shapes, sizes and materials, including both glass and plastic. Ultrasonic system is optional.
